2 different problems:
1. user_guide.pdf using reader 5 or 6:  I select & copy some text (to
save as my tips)  , but when I paaste to notepad/word/OOowriter/etc, I
get gibberish (see previous in this thread)
2. When viewing  user_guide.sxw, trying to scroll thru the pages I
have to wait (minutes at times) for it to respond, then it might just
use 100% of the cpu(at which point I have to reboot).
