Can't answer your question, unfortunately, but on a related topic, can
someone tell me if I can choose how many labels to display on the
X-axis? For example, if I have monthly data, can I choose to show only
the third month? Only the sixth month? Etc.
I tried hard with this on a graph I use to monitor some investments and
could not do anything except show each month, which gets a bit cramped
on the chart after a year or so!
Any help will be appreciated.

No amount of clicking around will enable me to widen the axis
field to the dates will expand into one continuous line, and
there doesn't seem to be anything via dialog to correct this
problem.
