Had that problem- something went wrong in downloading using Internet Ex 6.0- - Downloaded Opera- installed it then downloaded openoffice- no problem

Hi Valerie,
 When you downloaded the program it should have had the extension ".zip".
If it has then a program called WinZip should recognise this file extension and be able to unpack that file so that you can see all of the files inside
the ZIP file. If the ZIP file was not recognised then it may be because it
did get corrupted while downloading. Maybe try downloading again.
