I've also been using 2.0 beta (1.9.79.2.3) and have stuck with it. I've had a few crashes and, on one occasion the recovery didn't work properly - my fault I think - and lost a fortnight's entries on one file. I'd been relying on autosave and OOo's backup copies and found to my cost that neither seemed to have worked. Since then I've saved by hand frequently.
