My prob is similar, I can insert page numbers though. Go to insert> field> page number, after having created a footer, and set the cursor in the footer area (or header if you want your numbering in the header). My prob still remain, I already asked for it and await for an answer, if any good soul has already tried a page numbering starting from something else than 1 (45 for example), I'll take the tip with pleasure.
