I making PDF output from ready A5 pages. I print it on PDF printer Instructions with Adobe Distiller 1.Install jre-1_5_0_04-windows-i586-p.exe 2.Restart the computer, if it is required. 3.Install OpenOffice.org 1.1.4 4.Use A5 paper size for documents. 5.Choose Adobe Distiller printer for this document under File Printer Settings. 6.When you want to create brochure PDF file, go File Print+ and under Options select Brochure box, and under printer option select A4 page size an landscape layout, then you can print the document as PDF. Instructions with PDFCreator (find with Google) 1.Install jre-1_5_0_04-windows-i586-p.exe 2.Restart the computer, if it is required. 3.Install OpenOffice.org 1.1.4 4.Install PDFCreator-0_8_0_AFPLGhostscript.exe 5.Install Patch02-PDFCreator-0_8_0.exe 6.Use A5 paper size for documents. 7.Choose PDFCreator printer for this document under File Printer Settings. 8.When you want to create brochure PDF file, go File Print+ and under Options select Brochure box, and under printer option select A4 page size an landscape layout, then you can print the document as PDF. Follow instructions from screen. Instructions with extendedPDF macro (find with Google) 1.Install jre-1_5_0_04-windows-i586-p.exe 2.Restart the computer, if it is required. 3.Install OpenOffice.org 1.1.4When it is ready, go File- 4.Install the printer "extendedPDF PostScript Printer Installer 2.0.exe" 5.Open Printers folder and properties of extendedPDF printer, change page size to A4 and page layout to landscape. 6.Install gs851w32.exe 7.Open OpenOffice.org and then open file "extendedPDF Open Edition 1.2.sxw". 8.If you will be asked, allow macros in the document. 9.Follow the instructions, given the document and install the extendedPDF macro and assign toolbar button. 10.Read "extendedPDF User Guide 1.1.pdf" to know more about using the macro. In Printer's properties (the printer, used by the macro) select Landscape A4.
