I'm not sure what the problem is. Look at this file:
http://www.delewis.com/OOo/text-box.sxw. A text box was created, and the
word "Test" was entered into it. The text box was then moved over the
graphic. In fact, if you double click the word "Test", the green
handles of the text box should reappear. Is this what you were wanting
to do?
