Pretty hard to get a refund for a program that is free......;)
But, you are right---it IS a pain. But then, so is MSOffice.
In most ways, I find OOo to be better---YMMV

Printing envelopes is, currently, a two step process. i.e. you have to
set printer properties in two different places. See the following for
