I think the best idea is for you to read what is in Help > Contents >
Index > Search term > master documents; bookmarks and then come back
with specific questions if you are still having problems.

We call that packaging, MicroSoft Office or MSO for short. It is quite
expensive to purchase and even upgrades are pricey. And, in my country,
you can buy each separately but ... (See
