Hi Ashley,

The SXI format is OpenOffice specific format and Powerpoint doesn't understand
that format. But you can always save your presentations in PPT (MS powerpoint)
formats using OpenOffice. When you use the save-as command to save your file,
in the save as dialog, you find this file types options, just select .ppt
format and save the file.

Hope this helps you.

Thanks and Regards,
Nagashree

I downloaded the openoffice power point equivalent, however I am unable to open
documents made using the openoffice version with the microsoft version. Is
there something I can do to open these? Currently the files are being saved as
SXI files.

Thanks,
Ashley
