I've gotten nowhere with my similar question. In my case, I emailed the postmaster and the root and then asked this crew. Nada, but no problems.
Since it wasn't that big a problem in context, I just stopped taking any email from the "whiner" (typically [EMAIL PROTECTED] or in this case, [EMAIL PROTECTED]). I did this by creating an email filter (standard tool in many mail clients) to immediately junk them. No more problem (that I see 8-). For what it is worth, I don't get these from gateway.tropical.com (so far), my problem was another nameless site.
