If you have a separate question, then it is best to start a new thread with 
that question. Replying to an existing one with a new question will only 
confuse some email clients and may make some people not read your question.
 Back to your question however - you can select where OOo installs (well it 
has in the past and unless something has dramatically changed) but the 
default is in the ...'program files' directory. I would suggest you 
uninstall, then carefully go through the installation process again and make 
the change where necessary.
