Hello :) I would be glad to, under one condition: what I meant when I said that all you need is a text editor is that I take the "share/kde/net" directory (from OpenOffice.org 1.1.5) and edit the .directory file and the *.desktop files to point to the correct icon location. Not very elegant, but it works :) If you think people would like this information (considering how ugly a workaround this is) I would be glad to oblige. I just remembered: If you'd like to see the instructions that I whipped together for the original poster of this thread, you will find them here: http://www.afolkey2.net/OOorg-KDE_StartMenu.txt This should help you decide if this is appropriate for the Setup Guide.
