If you have Win XP, you should be able to right click on the
download file and find an extraction choice (unzip?). Perhaps Win 2000
also has this feature, but I am not sure. With Win 93SE, you must first
install a program to unzip the zipped file. Many on this list have
suggested 7zip.exe to do this.
