Once you get acquainted with Linux, you'll be able to download a free
'normal' linux distribution (e.g. from www.debian.org) with plenty of
programs ...

... one of which ("mdbtools") will allow you to act on your .mdb file,
with the command (to be given from an X terminal):
$ gmdb2 your_file.mdb
