Sure.
A few minutes to several hours later after sending your email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], you will receive a confirmation email
from the listbot. You *must* reply to the confirmation email to complete
the unsubscribing process.
If, instead, you receive a message from the listbot that says it cannot
find your address in the list, that means you subscribed from a
different address than the one from which you sent the unsubscribe
request. If you cannot remember or no longer have access to the
original email address, there are procedures in the help email you can
request from [EMAIL PROTECTED] If all else fails, there is
even a contact address for a human in the help file. It may take
several days before they can handle your request, but they will get to it.
