[users] CAN'T OPEN UP OPENOFFICE DOCUMENTS

To Whom It May Concern,
 
Hello.  I've removed OpenOffice & reinstalled it.  But it still will not start.
 
A dialog box pops up and I receive the following error message:  cannot be 
started due to an error in accessing the configuration data.  Please contact 
your system administrator.  The following internal error has occurred:  
GetStorage, name: "No Content!
 
How can I fix this problem?
