Hi David, I suspect that the problem is with using the name "case" as "case" is an OOo Basic key word. I currently don't have time to double check. If this is the situation then it would be good if you could check for an issue report and if there isn't an existing one create a new issue. Ideally OOo should check if the desired name is an OOo keyword and give you an appropriate warning.
