If not, then see: http://www.openoffice.org/dev_docs/using_md5sums.html This should tell you if you have a complete, uncorrupted download.
You might also want to try downloading from an alternative mirror, since I and others have discovered that one or more mirrors are serving a corrupt version of this release.
