You can likely use Orca to customize the MSI for your system. (See teh
2.0 setup guide at
http://documentation.openoffice.org/setup_guide2/2.x/en/SETUP_GUIDE_draft.pdf )
or try Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org > Paths and set those that do
not meet your needs as necessary. There are no guarantees the latter
will work if there are absolute paths embedded.

Barring that I think you will have to ask on a Microsoft forum as that
is the correct location for user installed files.
