Option # 1: Migrate your databases to MySQL or PostGres and use that. [Both of them can be used within OOo. Option # 2: Install OOo 2.0, and migrate your databases to the database format that OOo 2.0 uses. Option # 3: Use the Access databases from within OOo. This can work, but import/export tends to be a problem.
