In Word, the site properties are depending on the installed printer. I
don't know, if you have changed the printer, so probably every document

Thanks, I will have a look at the printer situation. The main worry is the psychological effect on the user who in this case is not the person who is keen to move from 'doze and $bill to (suse) linux and OO.o..........
