The first thing you need to do is to unzip the file which should
be: OOo_1.1.4_Win32Intel.zip. If you do not have an extraction program,
many of the members of this mailing list recommend 7-zip.exe. This is a
free program available from www.7-zip.com.
The second thing you need to do is to read the setup guide that
comes as part of the downloaded program. (It will be in the folder
created when the downloaded file is unzipped. Its name is
setup_guide.pdf)
The third thing you need to do is to follow the directions
contained in the setup guide.)
