Hi Cor,

Maybe it is wise to revise this vision. I am not the only one who is looking for a possibility to protect his applications. MSExcel does not meet this demands, while Ooo has the power for it. Should it not be nice to exploit this and add another point to Ooo in beating MS?

How do I work out: " , you might think of put a necessary function to use the spreadsheet, in the library that holds the save-as functionality."

I don't see a problem in supplying Ooo with my spreadsheets. It is easy to put it on the CD with them.

It seems to me there is little hope of a fix for what I see as a bug, so I need your help with the option you mentioned.
