Dear Sir/Madam I am in desperate need of assistance. I am not a computer expert and use a Linux operating system (SuSe) because our company is an R&D company and the developers use open source.
However, as a non-computer understanding person I need assistance when the machine won't function as expected. Do you know of any experts in the Open Office field whose time may be purchased. In particular Open Office keeps crashing at regular intervals (8 times so far today) for no particular reason. I cannot address the problem due to my lack of knowledge and apart from the developers who are too busy to assist there are no IT experts. Can you help!
