Hi Adam:
Check that you are using the latest version of Acrobat
Reader. I had the same "problem" and it was the version of
thet reader (Gsview has the same problem, it shows pages in
white depending if they have footers or borders, I couldnt
figure out the pattern). Kpdf (Linux) and latest Acrobat
7.0 (Win & Linux) perform well. Printing in postscript and
using ps2pdf also results in a all reader viewable file,
much smalles than "export to pdf".
