Pardon me for jumping into the thread, if you already have answers but I
do not think that OOo does this out-of-the-box. I do know you can do
this with a simple wrapper script that detects the LOCALE and laucnhes
OOo in the appropriate language. You see OOo expects to work in a single
language for the most part but allows you to mix languages. However, you
want language specific instances of OOo that are sensitive to the
LOCALE.

Hope this make sense and helps you write your wrapper.
