Hi there,

My System (ubuntu hoary/amd64 - linux2.6.12.3) fully runs with
utf8-locales. All of it works
fine exept openoffice (1.1.3-8ubuntu2.3).
If I start openoffice I get a few logs like this one:
-
#> (soffice.bin.real:18334): Gdk-WARNING **: Error converting from UTF-8
to STRING: Conversion from character set 'UTF-8' to 'ISO-8859-1' is not
supported
-
The rest of openoffice works fine, but some special german characters
like ö, ä, ü, etc... cannot be displayed.

Is there any possibility to fix that?

thanks for any help
Ralph

PS: Sorry for my english...
