I was wondering if the Dictionary files have changed in any way in OOo
recent versions?
THE REASON I ASK ...
After adding a whole lot of local names and Australian words to my
dictionary I don't really want to have to go back to the beginning and start
over every time I install the latest version of OOo, so what I usually do is
to copy the dictionary.lst and the en-AU files from my previous version,
across to the new version - that way I keep all the words I have added to my
dictionary.
I am currently downloading OOo 1.1.5 (to use under Windows XP) and I thought
it worth checking that there have been no changes to the Dictionary folder,
before I copy my dictionary files from 1.1.4 across (1.1.4 was copied from
1.1.3, and maybe even inherits from earlier versions than that)
Am I doing the right thing by copying old dictionary files into newer
versions?
