If the error message contains the phrase, No Content, then follow
the instructions found in this document:

If there is a different error message, we need to know what it is.
If this is the case, send another email to [email protected] with
the Subject: Opening documents and list the error message in the body
of the email. Do not send this informaton directly to me.
