Tell us a little more about what "WILL NOT OPEN" means, so we can help you. For instance, which version are you downloading, and where are you downloading from. Also, if you are following instructions, where does your installation diverge from the "script" of the instructions? By the way, if you can, I would strongly suggest that you check the md5sum of the files that you have downloaded to confirm that you have gotten the files without weird transmission errors.
