Openoffice.org is being distributed under the LGPL license which effectively 
only restricts you to supply the code and any changes you make to the 
OpenOffice.org code to anyone who asks. As far as I am aware no restrictions 
on your own code apply.

They have to be reasonably easily available but not necessarily included.
