Do not forget that a email from an unsubscribed user will *sometimes* have
"moderated" in the subject line. However by convention and good netiquette a
followup email should not change the subject line, unless it is on a
completely different subtopic.
And yes, when replying to an unsubscribed user ( i.e. always to an OP with an
email subject beginning with "[moderated]", or even better, to all emails
with the field "Delivered-to:" containing the value "moderator"), you should
always CC the original poster.
