What you say is true but in Phil's defense I should point out that it
would be *helpful* to point out that some Windows users may have a
problem with installation unless they do both the unzipping and
installation from the same user profile.  The users guide does give the
steps that ultimately worked for Phil, but they do not rule out doing as
he did in the beginning; unzipping as limited user, then trying to
install as Administrator.  It is, no doubt, a Windows problem, but is it
so bad to help Windows users to avoid a potentially frustrating problem
especially when it only involves that addition of a line of text as a
warning?
