Hmmm left it for 1 hour and it still did not clear things up. The odd
part is it works better on my slower box, then the newer one :>
Both machines are running Windows XP (one is prof - desktop, one is
home - laptop).
Both machines are running OOO v1.1.5
The key difference is one is a laptop (Intel 2.8 +HT, 512 Mbytes of
RAM, 40 GByte HD, ATI video card, etc)...
The other is a desktop (dual AMD Opterons 2.0 GHz, 2 Gbytes of RAM, 160
Gbytes HD, Nvidia video card, etc)..
Is it the laptop that you are having problems with?
I will take a guess that it is the ATI video that is having the problem?
I am thinking it may have something to do with video drivers as the
files sound okay. One computer can view the files without any problems
but the other has issues.
Since you are using Windows, it is out of my domain.
Some one else?
Have you checked the bug reports? Have you tried 2.0 beta?
I have been using the beta since May with only one or two issues. I
would give it a try and see if it works better or the same.
