I presume you have OpenOffice installed and I presume you are asking
about the procedure for opening a spreadsheet in OpenOffice. Please tell
us a wee bit more.
To open a spreadsheet in OpenOffice you can...
Open OpenOffice and in New ... Spreadsheet
or
If using Win XP
Start...All Programs...OpenOffice...Spreadsheet
or
If Quickstarter is installed
Right-click the Quickstarter button...Spreadsheet.
