Thanks. Two comments: 1. Probably, a search with "&" or with "ampersand" should lead us to the place where an explanation for the ampersand symbol is given in the Help; 2. The explanation given in the help page (Help > Contents > Index > Search term > formula functions;operators) does not inform us that if the ampersand symbol is sided by numeric cells, then the numeric values are converted into text. This information would be very useful.
