Wow! I just changed the word wrap from 70chars to 120chars..(thought it would take up less desktop for yous guys '-) now back to 70.... Now to your suggestion... the 'default Save folder' is set to the generic .../my documents/ (also there is NO allowance for multiple selections). I want 'many' default folders for each different type of file (recipe, betsys, gregs,OOo,data, pgms, etc). I want to make templates for each type of format & put them in the 'proper' folder. Then click on it's desktop icon to open it. I then want to rename it & saveas to the SAME sub-dir. When I do this the program goes to the generic .../my documents/ & I have to work thru folders to GET BACK to the sub-dir I was JUST at.... (Other programs (Photoshop,Works,Notepad, etc) do this OK -- Greg Agent 1.93/32.576 Opera8 OOo2(19125) news.readfreenews.net & news.gmane.org Win98se for sale: Apple//,Auto Parts/Equip/Manuals: geardocATgeardoc36DOThostingisfreeDOTcom --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
