It would be nice if you had mentioned whether you were using a
1.1.x version or one of the 2.0 Betas.
If you are using a 1.1.X version, the function toolbar has a
Restart Numbering icon. (You need Help > Tips checked [ticked] to see
its name as you put the cursor over it.) Click the number where you
want to restart. Then click the Restart Numbering icon.
If you are using a 2.0 Beta, this icon is in the Bullets and
Numbering toolbar. Follow the same steps.
