Bad news. The file is pretty large, and is zipped. That's two problems
with "run"

I don't know what "run" will do with a zipped installation set.
Selecting "run" on a long download is courting disaster (should the
connection be interrupted).

So, I would suggest restarting the process by downloading (save), then
unzip and install from the local file.
