While I have no problem with the idea, moderators have to handle over 1500 
messages per day to be moderated. Obviously the VAST majority of those are of 
no interest to this list. Unfortunately the moderation system provided by 
CollabNet has no facility to change subjects strings. 

However if you have the time to improve the web interface where the users 
select the "[moderated]" link, then your help would really be appreciated.
