I would think there would be some copyright problems there. PC Magazine has an excellent article on OpenOffice 2.0 at http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,1850985,00.asp As the article states there are very minor things that OpenOffice can't do that M$ can, but then there are many things that OpenOffice can do that M$ can't, i.e. creating PDF files and wildcard searches. If you can afford M$ AND the technical help for more $, fine. I just can think of more (higher priority)things that I can waste my money on.
