Does anyone know if open office 1.1.3 text document has a vertical ruler, the 
same as the top ruler.
also, whenever I send an email with an attachment from open office 1.1.3 text 
document, the recipient can not read it. the downloaded attachment is scattered 
all over the page. Can you tell me why others can't read the attachments in my 
emails. Please help.
