Response files are what you want to use. Please ask for help from the 
Installation project : http://installation.openoffice.org. I think that there 
should be a document available there explaining response files. Otherwise ask 
on that project "Mailing Lists" . Note that you should subscribe to see all 
responses relevant to you.
