Yes. It sounds to me like you have a macro that does the following using
a macro:
* Connect to a data source
* For each record in the data source
**** Fill in the fields to produce a document
**** Process the document
What I really meant was, why don't you use the mail merge service to
perform these tasks automatically? You still need to create the mail
merge service and configure it to create the text document(s). I have
not used this service, so I can not comment on what is involved. It is
on my list of things to do.
