I am currently a big fan of WordPerfect. But I really REALLY like the
idea behind OpenOffice.org and I am positive that it would be easy to
implement what WordPerfect has into OO Writer...
I also have a few problems. Firstly, I don't know how to set up the
font to my current favourite so that everytime I start up Writer it
starts in that font (at the moment, I have to change fonts everytime) -
ie, there is no "make default font" button. Secondly, when I write a
list, it wants to create a bulleted list automatically, but I don't want
that everytime - is there anyway I can stop this from happening.
Thirdly, I'm creating a table but I cannot seem to make the font go the
way I want it to. I found the buttons on a toolbar, but when I edited
another toolbar to include these buttons, and then selected the buttons
to "make them visible" (text direction buttons) they would appear and
then disappear. What's with that????
Any suggestions/fixes etc, would be GREATLY appreciated!
