There is a problem with the website however there are a number of
alternative ways to download.

OR
BitTorrent download
http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/download.html
OR
Try in some mirror for example rediris.es (ftp.rediris.es
then.../mirrors/Openoffice.org/contrib/rc/)
PS don't forget to subscribe the list
