All the download sites for OpenOffice.org 1.1.5 (OOo) have the same
files. I would suggest that you pick a site somewhere is South East
Asia or perhaps even Australia. Those sites should be close to you. If
you prefer, there is a Spanish version of OOo is you prefer Spanish to
English. (I made this statement because I know that the Phillipians
were under Spanish control for many years prior to the 1898.)
When you download the file, extract its files to a folder. This
requires a zip program such as 7-zip.exe (www.7-zip.com) if your
computer does not have it. (XP does, but I am not sure of the earlier
versions.) When you have extracted the files, read this file contained
in that folder: setup_guide.pdf. It will explain step by step what you
need to install OOo.
