There is no charge for OpenOffice.org (OOo). If you download it,
make sure that you first extract the files in it to a folder.
(winzip.exe [www.winzip.com] or 7-zip.exe [www.7-zip.com] work well in
windows.) Then take the time study the setup_guide.pdf file. (It
requires Adobe Reader [www.adobe.com].) I would recommend downloading
the 1.1.5 version for right now. Pay close attention to what is on page
27 of the setup guide concerning file associations.
Follow the instructions of the setup guide, and you should have no
problems.
