On a Windows computer, they are probably located someplace like:
C:/Documents And Settings/Application Data/OpenOffice.org2/
This probably was it. I didn't track the directory, but rather reset all
the keybindings using the preferences UI (all my customisations gone...
oh, well) and the problem vanished. Most probably the keybindings file
got corrupted during one of the upgrades, as no bindings at all were
visible in the UI.
